AMAN | AESTHETIC PRACTITIONER

Aman graduated with a Master of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nottingham in 2011 and went on to work as a community pharmacist for five years. Despite enjoying his time in this role, Aman felt that he was ready to take his career in a different direction and further develop his clinical skills. In 2017, Aman secured a role training as a Clinical Pharmacist in GP surgeries across Hilton and Ashbourne and later the same year, he successfully completed his training as an Independent Prescriber.

Driven by his desire to attain new skills, Aman completed his training as an Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner in 2018, specialising in injectable cosmetic treatments. Soon after, along with his wife Harjeet, Aman co-founded Highfield Aesthetics and has not looked back since.

Over recent years in the field of aesthetics, Aman has had the privilege of training with some of the UK’s most esteemed practitioners. He ensures all of his skills and techniques are kept up to date, by attending national conferences and completing regular professional training. Aman also became a registered practitioner with the Aesthetics Complications Expert group (ACE); an organisation, which collates evidence and guidelines for the management of aesthetic-related complications.

Aman understands that every client has their own individual preferences when it comes to the treatments they desire. While some of our clients do prefer a more obvious look, Aman is a true believer in the ‘less is more’ approach when it comes to his aesthetics work. His minimalist approach to aesthetics is what has attracted his large loyal client base.

HARJEET | PRACTICE MANAGER

Harjeet graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree, specialising in Biochemistry. During the final year of her degree, she decided she wanted to pursue a career based in the medical field and be directly involved in the care of patients. Keeping this in mind, she secured a position at Basingstoke Hospital, training in the field of Cardiology. 13 years and a Cardiac Physiology degree later, she is now an Advanced Cardiac Physiologist and lead for Echocardiography teaching, training and audit at Queen’s Hospital Burton.

Harjeet first became interested in the field of aesthetics after Aman expressed his desire to train as an Aesthetic Practitioner in 2018. Knowing the time and work required to start and run a successful business, she decided to work alongside Aman and take on the role as Practice Manager. Her duties include taking bookings, dealing with general client enquiries, dealing with medical representatives, all administrative duties and assisting Aman during treatments.

When she is not working in Cardiology or for Highfield Aesthetics, Harjeet is busy taking care of their little boy.

"The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don’t play together, the club won’t be worth a dime."
